"I am honestly so over this place. I set up my policy with them last year and was paying over $480 for one car. I was told that adding everyone in my household would lower my rate. Later, I found out I had actually been paying an extra $100 per month to have my younger brother added to my policy. He does not drive my car. The only reason I agreed to add him was because I was explicitly told it would reduce my payment. When I asked for an explanation as to why I was told this, they had no answer. When I asked how much extra I had been paying because of him, they said they would “look into it” and I never heard back. Canceling my policy was an absolute nightmare. Even after requesting that all policies be canceled, I continued to receive letters. I later found out my life policy hadn’t been canceled because it’s supposedly “separate,” which was never clearly explained. I canceled that as well a week or two ago, yet I am now receiving emails saying I missed a payment on a policy that should already be canceled. They pulled the exact same stunt on my mom, telling her it would be cheaper to add my brother to her policy which was also completely false. This feels incredibly misleading and dishonest. If you currently have a policy with them, I strongly suggest you double or triple check exactly what you’re being charged for and why. Ask questions and don’t take their word for it. Coming here was one of the worst mistakes I’ve made. I switched because I was told it would be cheaper and as time went on it would lower only for it to go up when the policy renewed and I couldn’t have been more wrong."

"Was in a car accident not my fault. Yet they penalized my policy costs to reflect that I was the at fault person. No authority assigned fault to me nor was I given a ticket. Even the insurance company Allstate of the person whom wrecked my car asserted 100% responsibility. Damages on the car; my car hit, was done by the person that hit me. All determinations where made by personal statements not actual fact provided by an authority of the government entities. Companies in this country are in the tune to avoid consumer rights and integrity."

"I have my life and supplement heath policy with Tim Shoopman State Farm and I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders. If you are interested in coverage for any aspect of your life I highly recommend Tim Shoopman! Also when you go in to the office you are greeted by delicious fresh popcorn and a cold drink which is a great display of the quality of service you receive as a policyholder."

"It is strongly advisable to explore alternative options, given that the aforementioned individual's assertions are indeed accurate. Regrettably, the individuals at this office seem to exhibit an alarming level of indifference, primarily resorting to mere verbal expressions with a striking absence of substantive action. The disconcerting lack of responsiveness to emails further compounds the situation. Furthermore, it is with great disappointment that I must assert that the quality of service provided by this particular State Farm office has fallen significantly short of the high standards that one should reasonably expect. It is, therefore, suggested that one may be better served by considering alternative and more attentive providers in the insurance industry."

"Once you sign up... you will never hear back from them ever again. Unless, you show up in person at their office. They ignore emails. I would pick another office if you want a responsive agent."
